I attended a job fair. The positions offered were described in a large group setting after our applications were collected. Information about State Farm benefits and salaries were discussed immediately. Individual interviews were conducted and I was progressed to a second interview for an Express position. After the second interview I was told I would receive an email with instructions to complete the hire process.

Apply Online > pre-employment assement>virtual interview with self recorded questions > if selected, approximately two weeks later you get an email request for follow up interview> follow up interview goes through any additional questions, role details, and confirms interest, then possible job offer.
