Had to take several online tests. They were pretty basic questions. Then on to the phone interview. The person I spoke with was very nice, but you could tell she really didn't understand what I was talking about and just reading off of a form. It would help to have some scenarios somewhat prepared before the phone interview so you don't find yourself struggling for an answer. You can always tie in their questions to situations you are prepared for.

Smooth process. Initial recruiter screening which is typical for an in-house position. Then interview with Manager/hiring attorneys. Of course, an offer is contingent on background screening. Background check only took a few days.
