The process was supposed to be a phone interview and then an in-person interview. I say "supposed to be" because I had my phone interview, but Stash failed to follow up with the scheduled in-person. The day before my in-person interview I emailed the point of contact and asked if we were still good to go. They respond with "Uhhh unfortunately after discussing it some more we realized we should be hiring a Senior role". Had I not the foresight to email ahead, I would have shown up at the Stash offices and wasted my time, as this decision to switch the role to a Senior position was made mid-process and I was not contacted about it. This made me concerned about the efficiency of their interdepartmental communication, so I feel like I dodged a bullet.
