Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Stash (New York, NY)
Entrevista
I was brought in on a holiday (kind of weird) and was interviewed by three people. The first person completely grilled me and asked absurd questions, the second one seemed disinterested, and the third one was basically trying to be my friend. Very strange dynamic. Not a fan.
I applied online and one of their recruiters reached out to schedule a phone interview for later that week...only she never called. I tried giving her the benefit of the doubt and even sent a follow-up email asking if we needed to reschedule. I still never heard back — moreover, the job is still posted online, so presumably they're still looking.
Unless she, like...got hit by a bus or something, that was totally uncoordinated and unprofessional, even by start-up standards. If I dropped the ball that hard at any of my jobs I'd have been fired in a heart beat, but at Stash that's just standard procedure, I guess. They seemed like a cool place to work with a unique mission, but it's clear they need to work on better structure and basic professionalism.
