I applied in person for a different position. A couple days later HR called me and told me they had an open slot for a Customer Service Representative and would I like to come in for an interview that afternoon. I didn't have much time for preparation. I had one 1:1 interview which ended with a job offer. The office attire is casual for the most part, but I would interview in professional attire.

Smooth, HR and interviewers were nice, but in the end I decide not to move forward because I have another offer from Malaysia. Overall, the intervew was good and smoothly
