The interview process was pretty average. The team I interviewed with asked some standard questions in regards to sales experience. The team members I spoke with were nice, respectful and professional.

After learning about the company and how small it was, I was appreciative of the chance to interview considering I had no previous SDR experience or tech sales. The first interview is with a Director of Marketing. It was interesting because he classified their SDR role as more in marketing than sales. The interview is really short. He is not a recruiter so he's not going to ask follow-up questions. Basically, he tells you about the company. He's already read your resume so he kind of turns it over to the candidate to sell themselves.
