On-site Interview (1/2 day)
The startup is still small, so you meet almost everyone that works at the company throughout the on-site interview. The on-site is typical of a startup with technical, cultural and CEO/CTO one-on-ones (although no lunch interview -- a break in the middle would have been nice). So no real surprises -- with the exception that the CTO couldn't articulate his vision very well, a concern for a technology company.
