The interview process took 3 rounds over 3 weeks. Received positive feedback and a verbal offer. But then the recruiter ghosted me after giving out the offer. Followed up multiple times and never got a reply. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to people who committed efforts to go through the interview process. I would not recommend wasting your time with this company.

I first met with a recruiter and had an initial 30 minute screen. The interview scheduler sent this meeting request in my time zone. After that, I did a take home coding assignment which didn't have a time limit but was timed. After that, I moved onto the next round which was with a hiring manager. The format, was a product demo, behavioral questions, technical questions, and a coding/ design challenge. Unfortunately for myself, I was late to this meeting as the the interview scheduler sent this meeting time in a different timezone then the first meeting. I didn't move on to the next step which would be the team/panel interview. With that all said, I would suggest any future candidates to pay attention to the timezone because they are inconsistent in each meeting.
