The interview process was pretty straightforward and conversational. I first applied online and then got a call from the store manager to set up an interview. The meeting lasted about 20–30 minutes and focused on customer service skills, teamwork, and how I’d handle different situations in a fast-paced environment. The questions weren’t difficult, more about personality and fit than technical skills. Overall, it was relaxed and efficient, and I got a response fairly quickly after the interview.
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
