The interview was casual and friendly. It was conducted by the store manager at the local Starbucks store in Sydney. They asked about my availability, previous customer service experience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The process was straightforward and lasted about 20-30 minutes.
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.

After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
