I was essentially asked what I brought to the table and how I would handle the role differently from my predecessors to increase effectiveness. I was also verbally tested on core competences and managerial experience. Lastly, I was asked about a time that I had to communicate with a difficult co-worker which threw me for a bit of a loop.
