Honestly it depends on the store because my experience was amazing. I formally trained for a week, I did all the book learning along with hands on learning. I was assigned a partner who trained me and basically quizzed me in different things that we were learning. I recently finished my first month, and I'm super comfortable in the store. The partners at my store are really supportive and help me when I need things, they're really positive and willing to help. I usually only feel dumb because of my own expectations of myself. I still feel pretty rough on bar, but it's getting better. The hardest part is sequencing drinks, especially during a rush when you're pairing mobile orders and drive thru orders and cafe orders and trying to remember when each came in and get them out on time, but if you have the right team, they will help you out so much. RELY ON YOUR TEAM.
PS, yes I am posting during the COVID19 pandemic, but our store is drive thru and still open so I'm not lying about this timeline

It was a behavioral interview, conducted by the District Manager, using company-provided questions. The answers were to be examples of my experiences/observations. It was conducted in the lobby of a nearby Starbucks. It was an internal interview, as I was the Assistant Store Manager at the time of the interview.
