Entrevista
Three store managers and a District Manager interviewed me. They have a list of specific interview questions, but each manager approaches it in their own way.
After the interview phase I began training and I had the opportunity to work at several stores. These each served as secondary interviews to see which store I would transfer to when I completed my training.

I wasn't expecting to have my personal life evaluated, but in a customer-oriented and community-involved corporation, it makes sense. The managers were experienced interviewers based on the quickness with which they interpreted my responses.
So hard they asked questions about all fields and I was stumped on most of them. Needed to really dig into my knowledge of chemistry and math to fully answer these questions

Simple behavioralThe Starbucks interview was friendly and low-pressure. The manager asked about customer service, teamwork, and availability. It focused more on personality than experience, and the environment felt welcoming. Overall, it was straightforward and positive.

It was really fun to learn more about the company, its culture, and its values, Plus they give you free coffee, so that is always a benefit of making it to one of their interviews
