Easy generally but you need to know a lot about Starbucks and coffee. Also be confident and strong with your decision making. They asked me a lot of questions about experience and things. The manager was stern but quite easy to talk to
process was pretty straightforward. Met in person, answered several questions about my previous experience and why I thought I would be a good fit for the company. Asked about working in a team environment. I really enjoyed the process and thought it was well done.
