Kennenlernen mit Austausch zu meiner Person und der Firma, Arbeitszeiten, Verfügbarkeit, Aufgabenbereich, Vorkenntnis Gastronomie und Kundenservice, Einsatz an Kaffeemaschinen waren besonders relevant. Wichtig ist ebenfalls Sprachkenntnisse und Kundenorientierter Umgang mit der täglichen Kundschaft als auch kollegiales Team-Verhalten.

Easy to get through. Just be yourself and talk about what you love about coffee. Don’t over think it and you’ll be fine. Make sure to research the company before you go to the interview
Interview process was quick and simple. The manager had a guide of questions but we also chatted a bit. It made it a comfortable conversation. She was very nice and the store was clean.
