They give you some fancy coffee then ask you a bunch of questions. Make sure you practice your answers to all their questions. You can find them all online. I didn’t practice enough which kinda messed up my interview
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.

Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
