Applied on LinkedIn. Got an email response from HR overnight, setup phone interview. Phone interview was easy, 10 minutes, asking about preferences and experience. Set up second interview while on the phone and company flew me to Atlanta to interview in person. Black car at the airport, met with HR and Sales Manager in the Marietta sales office. Easy interview, asking about experience. 1-2 hours mainly due to getting to know one another, lots of questions about their company and their processes. Was offered a job on the spot, then went to lunch and saw the Decatur operations office same day. Flew home and accepted offer a couple days later.
