In person, easiest interview ever. Just a lot of behavioral questions and asking about your strengths as a team member. Usually the general manager of the store will conduct this interview unless the GM is out and then perhaps the Tech manager or Print & Sales manager has to fill in for them.

Tell me about a time you had to work under pressure and how did you handle that?
when i arrived there, the manager was very nice and welcoming and it went very smoothly,i arrived on time and i was early to the interview.He also asked me questions like my availability, my schooling, what made me interested in working with staples and what i hope to achieve in the long run
The interview was very informative and well conducted. The time spent was appropriate and the questions were consistent with my experience at other interviews. The person conducting the interview was professional

Why are you interested in changing industries an why are you interested in this particular position?
Simple and easy, encouraged for part-time jobs and with a good team enviornment. flexible schedule as well helped with part-time university/school schedules. It was a good experience and reccomended for retail opportunities
