Worst interview process. I joined the interview call as per scheduled time but interviewer seemed not to care and joined 5 minutes late, after which due to technical issues on his side, he kept me hanging for another 12 minutes. The interview call was supposed to be of 45 minutes. After wasting first 17 minutes, he didn't even care to ask candidate about his background and just for the sake of wrapping up the interview in 30 mins started asking questions right of the bat (Did not conduct interview for even 45 minutes). No structure to interview process, messy conduction of the interview, rigid in approach. Please assign a qualified interviewer. Staples is such a big brand and I was hoping I'll get an offer but this was not expected. Please appoint qualified people to interview candidates. Absolutely Unfair assessment, their loss.
