The interview process with Staples for the merchandising internship was great. There was a screening interview with HR and then two rounds of zoom interviews with two people each from the merchandising team.

There were three behavioral interviews with potential managers you can have, the interviewers were friendly and asked pretty standard questions, and made good conversation. They asked about past experience, classes I took at college, walk me through your resume.
