Arrived at a store and was taken to a back office by one of the managers, we spoke for about 10mins about why i wanted to work for staples and my work history, she then intoduced me to another manager and he repeated practically the same interview again. Was called 3 days later with an offer.
Twelve rounds with a required dance number and an audience-provided question and answer period. Spelling test provided at the end of the process to final round candidates if successful at interview.
Easy , straightforward , conversational . Didn’t ask any questions out of the ordinary. Asked about cashier process and systems, methodology etc. Met with a few ppl at different levels
