Entrevista
I had a relative who worked there and he helped me fill out the application form. Later that week they called me in for an interview in which he asked me questions which mainly consisted of scenario question (if a customer does this, what do you do?) At the end he told me they're going to eliminate applicants and call for a second interview which I got called for the next day. In this interview there were to managers who asked me questions about previous jobs and skills and goals. After the interview they offered me the job and signed me up for training

If a customer is upset that the product isn't in stock, how do you handle the situation?
when i arrived there, the manager was very nice and welcoming and it went very smoothly,i arrived on time and i was early to the interview.He also asked me questions like my availability, my schooling, what made me interested in working with staples and what i hope to achieve in the long run
The interview was very informative and well conducted. The time spent was appropriate and the questions were consistent with my experience at other interviews. The person conducting the interview was professional

Why are you interested in changing industries an why are you interested in this particular position?
Simple and easy, encouraged for part-time jobs and with a good team enviornment. flexible schedule as well helped with part-time university/school schedules. It was a good experience and reccomended for retail opportunities
