Interview process starts with an application on-line, then proceeds to a phone interview with a recruiter. After the conversation about goals and aspirations a phone interview is set up with a local DM. The DM first call consists of job duties, expectations, salary expectations, and location preference. The second interview is 1 on 1 and then moves to interview with DM and RVP. From there skills and personality are measured and the offer came afterwards.
