At first the process moves along pretty quick; then it halts and all communication stops. They never call you back to confirm whether you got the job; they want you to call them to determine your level of interest in the position. The people especially management have a retail management background.
The interview for the customer support position at Staples was straightforward and professional. The interviewer asked about my customer service experience and how I handle difficult customers and multitasking. It was conversational and focused on real customer support scenarios.

How would you handle an upset or frustrated customer?
It is quite difficult to get in the job. Solid experiences are required. More asking on enterprise-level tasks, and heavy daily duty required. I do recommend to try this positon if available,
Very fair process. They ask routine questions and have a multi step interview process. Everyone is met with was awesome. Definitely need to show up prepared and ask engaging questions
