First phone interview with two managers. Second phone interview with one Sr. Data Scientist at 8 a.m. ! The Sr. Data Scientist is very sleepy and impatient. And the questions they asked show them don't know operations research at all. They just pretend they know something. Then I check their background on Linkedin. All of them don't have strong technical experience.

Do you ever use neural network to forecast demand?
The first interview was pretty straightforward, regular HR questions regarding my background, major and work experience and the HR person didn't have a lot of information about the OR position which is normal.
I had my second interview for this OR position
and they forgot to call. What a shame !!!
I guess they are not very businesslike.

Entrevista
I applied online and got a call from the HR about 2 months later. I then had a phone screen and then an on-site interview at Framingham. There were four rounds of interviews with similar questions about my background and resume. I felt that the interviews were not structured properly and they were just filling in the time alloted.
