first there is an initial exam based questions followed by an outdated video interview which takes roughly an hour or so to complete. following this there is a group interview and individual interview

how did you solve a disagreement within a team you led?
Comfortable interview with standard behavioural questions. Interviewers shared information about projects involving Stantec's water division which was insightful. They will ask questions about your resume and ask you to relate it back to relevance with water engineering design. The interviewers seem to be on your side but have different thoughts between themselves.
