Started with a telephone meeting which precipitated an initial personal interview with the hiring manager and a colleague. It took them six weeks to decide if they wanted to proceed. I then did a second personal interview and lunch with the senior managers. The whole process was very slow and uncertain. In the end I chose not to pursue the opportunity because of the convoluted process just to get hired!
