Had a phone interview with a member of the talent acquisition team. She was very kind and friendly, the interview was relaxed. Was asked why I had applied for the role, previous experience and where I see myself in 5 years. Was told I’d get a call back the following week, but no response, would be better if they could at least send emails when you’ve been unsuccessful so you’re not left in the dark.
