I applied online and had an telephone interview with one of the graduates who works at the MWH. It was not difficult and the interviewer was very nice. After passing the phone interview I was invited to assessment centre. It was very relaxed and not difficult at all. there was an hour long written exercise, short presentation about yourself and group exercise. None of which you can prepare for. After the assessment centre I was invited to technical interview. Unfortunately, I did not got the offer, due to not being confident enough, however, I felt like the technical interview was more like a chart rather than interview, where I was told more details about what my role would include.
