This was a long and drawn out process which unfortunately ended with Stantec not offering me a position. I met with 5 people via phone and in person three times and frankly they wasted a lot of time and effort. In the end I got shortlisted but according to them my experience wasn't right, which they could have figured out from resume on day 1.
