A welcoming atmosphere. They were friendly. They made me feel at ease by starting with the easier questions first. I was interviewed by two managers within the company. The entire interview took about an hour

Tell us about yourself. How does your experience match with the job being offered
Standard interview with HR and technical type questions. The interview was approximately 45 minutes. After the interview, references were through survey platform where all 4 references complete a survey and results are averaged and provided into one comprehensive report for the hiring team to review.

It was straightforward. Got a call from HR first and then an interview was scheduled with hiring manager. The interview with hiring manager was 1 hr long. It mainly emphasized on my undergraduate project followed by a case study.

Some technical questions and some questions about experience. Asked about background with chemical data, data analysis, CEQA, and environmental planning. Technical questions included different scenarios and how I would react.
