Formal, but very welcoming to interns/graduate. No expectations to know too much during the interview, and gave a lot of background information about the projects and team structure. Approx 30 minutes to 40 minutes.
1 hr interview, started with why Stantec and why civil engineering, followed by technical section. Technical was more about the steps taken in different scenarios, not how to complete. Questions followed

Entrevista
Had a telephonic and two rounds at the office. It was great and the people whom I met were welcoming. They discussed the current projects and the skills I require to get on board.
