I had applied via Linkedin and was contacted for an interview. This was for a position within their Postilion team. The interview was with a technical lead and 2 additional technical resources.
They covered a fairly broad range of questions around the Postilion product and my experience - stuff around what Postilion components I have worked on, what I've developed, how I would deal with certain production scenarios, career ambitions, etc.
Within the next few weeks after the interview, I was asked to do 2 IKM assessments - one for Java programming, and the other was more of a problem solving one (find next sequence in pattern, match X with Y, etc).
I haven't heard back regrading this after more than a month since the last assessment was done.
I find this quite disrespectful. They should at least have the courtesy to provide an answer - even if it is a No, given that someone took the time to attend an interview and complete the assessments.

Fairly straightforward at first, interview is usually just a screening with a few technical questions, the panel of interviews is usually about 3 or 4 people, they do explain exactly what they desire in the candidate.

I have only had an interview, I havent heard from them. Its been 2 months and they still deciding whether to take me or not. I have also heard the same from others who also applied @ Standard Bank. They just have the longest feedback look.

Applied in Feb 2024. Got screening call in March. Got another screening call in June then was invited to interview.
The interview was supposed to be a Panel interview but only one person from the Panel list was there. The 2nd guy was external and was not part of the Interview Panel as communicated.
They changed Jib Description right during the interview.
When I follow up after a week I was told I did well but the are going with an internal candidate.
