Pretty in-depth phone-screen. Lasted approximately an hour. Met with owner for lunch in Campbell. Pretty low key. We talked about my future goals, my pace, what I'm good at sourcing and recruiting for, etc. No weird psych questions. Felt very comfortable throughout the entire process.
