Spoke with HR. Very casual and not intimidating. Next interview was with editor. The conversation was casual. Compatibility, shared genre interests, and willingness to learn and perform the administrative tasks involved with book publication were discussed. Had to read a manuscript and write reader's report. Turned it in within a few days.

What have you read that's been published in the last two years.
The first round of interviews was in the office with the editors. I was introduced to executives and given a walk around before being asked to sit and given an editing test.

Entrevista
The two ladies I interviewed with were wonderful and made me feel comfortable right away. I would definitely not stress out about meeting with anyone from this imprint. They all seem like really kind and welcoming people.
Tip: If you get there early, Madison Square Park is literally cattie-corner to the Flatiron building. Just chill there until your scheduled time.
