Long interview process. Seemingly forgot about me for months after initial interview, then wanted another interview. Interviews themselves were positive and fair. They offered me the position, and I politely declined as I had received a better offer elsewhere. I’m fairly certain they have blacklisted me from working here now—be aware that they do this if you decline their offers. They can do what they want—but if you have more than one candidate, your candidates can have more than one opportunity.
