Applied online and spoke with a recruiter over the phone for the initial screen. Base salary range was communicated upfront and was acceptable for NYC. Overall, a fairly straightforward and smooth process. Thankfully, the tech interviews were not gimmicky. There was a lot to like about the company and they were #1 in my top 3 companies I was spending the most amount of time researching. Ultimately, I opted for a different offer that had a much larger compensation package and more room for career growth within the company.
