One word. Horrible. Lousy HR interns conduct interviews. They schedule interviews without even considering the availability of the candidate. In a span of 3 months, I was interviewed for 2 different roles. Strangely, in the first role, I cleared all rounds and also gave a heads-up to send the offer. However, I didn't receive even after waiting for about 3 weeks. When I got in touch with the Head HR, I came to know that the intern had mentioned that I have withdrawn my application. Mind you, before speaking to the Head HR, I tried contacting the associates / interns. They were conveniently avoiding my calls for weeks at a stretch. Next, I was interviewed for another role, wherein despite asking multiple times, I did not have access to the JD and the interviewer did not even have access to my CV! All in all, the entire company seemed like its run by a bunch of lousy employees who play the blame-game and have no sense of team spirit & ownership! My advice, please refrain from applying here if possible. On Linkedin, you'll see that the Head HR receives plenty of awards, wherein in reality this is how they handle candidates.
