I had an interview with the owner and I have to agree with the other reviews here on this site. She is out of control micromanaging and was chiding and criticizing me throughout our whole conversation. (I didn’t even work for her yet!) She is trying to cram too many job descriptions into one and totally wasted my time. Her expectation is that her employees should work 24/7 the whole 365 days a year, which completely unreasonable and ridiculous. She is utterly paranoid and thinks everyone is out to get her. She spoke badly of least two former business managers, saying they were stealing and having mental breakdowns. After having met her, I can see why.
