I got an email several days after my application asking me to call in for a phone interview if I was still interested (I may have missed the call). I had a short phone interview with HR and an in-person interview was set up. The in-person interview was at their office downtown, on the second floor. I had to sign a non-disclosure form before the interview. I was asked to bring in references, which I had with me. The interview consisted of a panel of 4 people (this is uncommon - they said they usually do two smaller interviews), all senior staff: a manager, QA lead, QA coordinator, and HR person. It was slightly informal as the interviewers shot jokes back and forth between themselves (maybe to see if I was receptive to the office culture). They asked about a few things on my resume and asked about how I prefer to be communicated with on issues. I was sent an offer of employment that same week to start in two-weeks time. From application to offer was almost two weeks.
