The interview was very long. I spoke with a few people up front whom were all very nice and asked normal interview questions. Then I moved on to doing the presentation on the Sprout Social software itself. I studied for at least 24 hours to put together this presentation. It was a lot of work and effort and time.

My first screening interview was with a lively, engaged recruiter who asked great questions and made me feel exceptionally welcome and excited about the opportunity. Unfortunately my second interview with the hiring manager was extremely impersonal, to the point where I questioned if the hiring manager on screen was actually AI. They did not take any time to get to know me, read questions off to me rapid-fire like they were being launched from a cannon, and did not ask any follow-up questions nor engage in any conversation. Obviously, I was not selected to move forward nor would I have enjoyed working in such an environment. Please have some humanity in the workforce!
