Phone screened thanks to a referral. Lots of qualified relevant experience. From the greeting of the recruiter I could already tell she was just checking a box to screen me and move on. It was the most disingenuous interaction I’ve ever had with a recruiter. Never heard back from the recruiter.

Nothing was asked about my job history and skills. She just told me about sprout and that was it.
The interview process was efficient, completed in a single round with a quick response time. While the basic questions gave a clear picture of the core qualifications needed, it left me wanting a deeper conversation about the company culture and the day-to-day responsibilities of the role.

Initial phone screening call with an internal recruiter for about 30 minutes to go over previous experience and allow an opportunity to ask questions. If you are selected you will move on to another 45 minute interview.
