Thank you for providing us feedback on your experience interviewing at Sprout. At the core of Sprout is our belief that open communication creates progress, so we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Since you interviewed in 2015, we have revised our process to make sure we’re delivering a great candidate experience regardless of outcome. The process for designer roles still includes an opportunity for candidates to complete a brief assignment as we believe that provides valuable insight into how an individual approaches the design process; however, that takes place after an initial discussion with a member of the design team to make sure the time and effort is worthwhile.
