two interviews. First we hiring manager and one development manager. Went very well. Was more conversational rather then structured. I was asked to do role play..e.i..I am BA and need to draw requirements from the branch manager. How do I approach the task without any inputs and what should I ask.

Second interview by 4 people. Interview was very structured. The atmosphere was cold and very formal. The questions they asked were more for senior level rather then Junior BA. For example, describe how trading system works from front end to back end and what happens in database.
