Was contacted the day after the post closed but missed the call and continued to ring when called back so wasn't sure it was the company or not. Got a call back from them a couple of days later and had a quick informal 10minute interview. They fit me in for a last minute interview the following week. They also called and gave feedback before asking for some back as well a couple of days after my interview. And a couple of hours later they gave me an offer!
