Reached out to the hiring manager via LinkedIn and had a conversation with her and presented some work samples which led to 3 panel interviews onsite with 5 people. Thought the interviews went great and the hiring manager told me I would hear back from the HR rep. HR rep calls me 2 weeks later and gives me a verbal offer, but tells me they are waiting on the position to be signed up by the CEO (would take up to a month). A week later, I email the HR rep just to keep a line of communication open and then again another week later for any updates and I never hear back from her again. Even if they decided I wasn't the right fit, at least have the courage to say so! But by the looks of it on Glassdoor, Springbox has professional ghosting people since the beginning of time. Better luck elsewhere!
