Was interviewed by an executive first who asked some basic interview questions. Then the boss was called in. He was quite intimidating and set very high expectations from the get-go, seemingly to dissuade you from the position. He poked, prodded and grilled me to "figure me out" and then gave a test which he customised according to my strengths/skills/abilities.
