Excessively long - 6 rounds, 45min each on average
Everyone was really nice that I spoke to, but there were a few red flags along the way. Boundaries were continuously brought up, but not in a healthy manner, but more "if you don't set boundaries here you will definitely be taken advantage of".
After 6 interviews, I was informed that I wasn't selected for the role. That's fine - but did it really take 4.5 hours of my time (+ all the prep time on my end) to determine that? Especially because it wasn't a skill issue, but the type of companies I have worked at already. All that to say, be weary of the time invested going into this, and that it does seem like a very intense work environment with potential WLB issues.

The entire process was quickly scheduled, the communication was great, and the interviews were more or less like a conversation. They are pretty transparent about the work environment (sounds a bit chaotic, but highly autonomous and problem-solving oriented). After 6 rounds, I didn't get an offer, so just know that there is a lot of time and prep that goes into this. Everyone I spoke with was lovely, very kind, and honestly the work sounded interesting. I am bummed out that I didn't get an offer, but I did have a few reservations due to how often "boundaries" came up in the interviews, usually in a defensive manner, rather than encouraging a healthy work environment!
