The interview process was right inline with the role and the industry which consisted of the recruiter screening, hiring manager interview and a mock presentation. I interviewed during a very busy time where there was a lot of travel so there were some last minute changes in who would be attending interviews. However, I felt that I did my due diligence in learning the team structure and had familiarized myself with team members, that it didn't throw me off guard. I felt they prepared me well for the mock presentation interview. I did not receive an offer and would have liked to have had feedback on why they made the decision but I also completely understand that this is a very busy time for the team. I did appreciate the time everyone spent with me and truly appreciated the conversation.
