Good communication up until the interview is over, then you're just a checkbox on their list. I was agonizing over this position, and I was told repeatedly that I'd get an update Monday morning. I get a call Tuesday evening only to find out that I didn't get the job. Just send me an email instead of dragging it out. No one wants to hear your "feedback" after you choose someone else. Oh, and there's a PowerPoint that you have to present on actual brands they carry. For all I know there could have been no job and the post was just a honeypot for ideas.
